Advertisements

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms by Explorebud shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and Explorebud's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Explorebud with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Explorebud with respect to the Service.
